Make Ice Cream using Liquid Nitrogen

Now thats what we think of as real hardcore food at TechwareLabs.

High Tech Food:

So what do you do when the hunger rumbles strike and you're in the mood for some rocky road but you just can't wait to go get some? The answer: you get some now and whip that tank of LN2 out of your closet for some downright high tech ice cream made fast in overclocking style. Grab your Kitchenaid food processor, your tank of LN2 and you'll be ready to stuff down some cookies n' cream in less time than it takes to say Carvell.

Our extreme chef of the night was courtesy of Otronicon a gaming and simulation focused event held each year at the Orlando Science Center.

Remember kids we are professionals who get paid to release the magic smoke from computer hardware and insta-freeze our limbs right off. So don't do this at home or you may have to learn to eat ice cream with your feet.

Stay tuned for more extreme coverage as we lock Jason Dumbaugh, TechwareLabs PR Manager in the tornado tunnel and expose him to high speed winds. See if he ends up setting a new trend hair styling or if we need to find a new PR guy.
