Logitech Z-640 5.1 Speaker System

Logitech's response to the high end speaker market at a low end price has been a resounding and lonely one. Quality speakers at a bargain price are difficult to find. Logitech has become known, on an increasing scale as the 'go to guy' for quality equipment at the right price for consumers.  If you desire an affordable (under $100) 5.1 speaker system with adjustable subwoofer and great surround controls, without giving up any quality, then the Z-640 speakers were built just for you. Logitech seems to have and incredibly keen sense of what users desire. Creating excellent tactile interfaces and promoting a premier acoustic surroundings for a realistic  price range is a forte` that seems to come easy to this company. Logitech hardware seems to defy the computer user premonition of value that goes something like this, "cheap hardware never works well".  The people at Logitech have smashed that ideology!
