In Win Metal Suit - GunDam Case

Metal Suit - GunDam Case

Packaging

The In Win Metal Suit GunDam arrived in typical packaging. There were two pieces of styrofoam that held the case in place while in the box. Unlike most hardware, this case was held with the soft styrofoam that absorbs shock and then returns back to its original shape. The case itself was wrapped in a plastic bag that had been taped closed at one end. Beneath that there was nothing that secured anything in place. The box also included an instruction manual for the case and screws for the motherboard. Our box in particular was coming apart at the seem. this may have been from shipping, but it's something to take note of.

Looks

The case itself was designed to look to invoke images of giant robots form the Japanese animtion series "Mobile Suit Gundam". The curves as subtle yet refined enough to stand out give off the of something grand coming from the inside the case. It also seems that In Win took into account their robot look while designing the vents for the Dual VGA Turbo cooling system. The case's vents resemble those of the "Gundam Zero" from the Gundam series.
