It should be mentioned that the PolarFLO is one of the very few blocks on the market that is universal. This means that the holes you see in the block are drilled for both an AMD and anIntel interface. This forethought by Horse of Iron means that you don't have to buy two separate blocks, and that if you decide to change processor types your water block should fit your new board.

It should also be mentioned that as with all blocks that dont use the socket tabs for hold down, if you do not have the four holes around the CPU socket this water block will not be compatible with your board.

Additional Hardware:

The PolarFLO water block comes packaged with a Y hose barb, nylon screws and mounting hardware, and some nylon hose clamps. The nylon hose clamps looked a bit flimsy to trust them to keep a fitting water tight until they were tested. Once installed and tested, these clamps proved to be of high quality and excellent fasteners. The entire setup was tested outside of the test system in a plastic container for 24 hours to test the seal on the waterblock and fittings. Neither was found to leak in the slightest.
