Kingston HYPER-X DDR2 9600 - 1200 MHz

In terms of memory bandwidth in this particular program, Kingston demonstrated a significant gain because of the speed and the memory timings. The same can be witnessed for memory latency. Since the memory is faster and there are less cycles which ultimately leads to a 10 ns difference and 1 MB/sec bandwidth.

Conclusion

In conclusion HYPER-X performed better in almost all categories and programs used to benchmark it and surely it will make your computer run noticeably faster. Important thing to know about the performance of the memory is that it is system dependant and application dependant. While some sticks will run some programs better, other programs might run worse. Priced at 199.98 from the manufacturer's web site might be a good deal for you if you are interested in a high performance system. Other things to note is that on our system the memory ran with .3 volts less than it was supposed to and did not deal with overclocking the frequency but showed great leeway with timings as it ran 4-4-4-12 timings without any problems.
