Interpretation

After increasing the resolution as high as possible, the minimum and average FPS decreased fairly significantly. The game is definitely still playable under maximum settings, though it may lag slightly under only the most hectic of situations. The maximum frame rate does not seem to be very much affected by the change in resolution, likely taking place at a lull in the action.
