Comdex 2002

Geil:

Geil was showcasing their own brand of memory and were displaying two different over-clocked machines.

Showcase:

At Comdex, Geil was primarily showcasing their Golden Dragon PC3700 DDR memory.  It uses 4ns hand picked chips, running at CAS 2.5, 7-3-3 2T timings.  In addition, Geil had some of their other products on display, such as their other DDR lines as well as their USB hard drive/MP3 Player/Mobile eMail product.

Another look at their setup

They were showing off an P4 2.26ghz @ 2.97ghz (533 to 700mhz FSB) running on an ABit IT7 Max2.  They had 3dMark2001 running on the system with an impressive 14020 3DMark score.


It's a very aesthetically appealing beast
