this isn't upgrade edition correct? I hope not, because i advise you to wipe it all and start over with the bare essentials. You may be able to boot off another drive and then transfer your important files from your old drive if you need them.

unfortuenately it is the upgrade now the only way i can get my computer to fire up is to use a boot disk and that means no access to hard drives i can't even restart the install process its just stuck in an endless loop
