150 mil + 300 mil = :browsmiley:

something i like to have....

lucky intergraph

vee_ess 10-12-2002 02:51 AM

Then if they add the potential 100 million from part of the prior agreement, and thats a whopping 550 million. For almost nothing.

eviltechie 10-12-2002 10:58 AM

well not nothing... intel broke the agreement...
they lose...

i think intel stole my idea for Pentium 4
ill sue them 100 million dollars
yup
thats enuf for me
 :P

vee_ess 10-12-2002 12:47 PM

he he he. Actually I told you my idea for it and then that's when you started to claim it. I'll sue both of you. :goof:

Well, when I meant nothing, I meant they didn't have to do any extra work to get that money, they just had to be passive enough that Intel could break the agreement.

eviltechie 10-12-2002 02:01 PM

well Intel just took it and used it until intergraph noticed it
so being passive is natural and not intended

or so it wants us to think..
hmmm.....

yeah but i know what u mean

if intergraph develope the technology and sell it, they wouldnt get more than 100 mil

but by sueing...
CHA CHING!

Mac_forever 10-13-2002 01:23 AM

Hey lets all sue intel for anything and get money for doing it. Intel was lucky till now but think of how many companies intel took from.

eviltechie 10-13-2002 01:24 AM
