Then if they add the potential 100 million from part of the prior agreement, and thats a whopping 550 million. For almost nothing.

well not nothing... intel broke the agreement...
they lose...

i think intel stole my idea for Pentium 4
ill sue them 100 million dollars

he he he. Actually I told you my idea for it and then that's when you started to claim it. I'll sue both of you.

Well, when I meant nothing, I meant they didn't have to do any extra work to get that money, they just had to be passive enough that Intel could break the agreement.

well Intel just took it and used it until intergraph noticed it
so being passive is natural and not intended

or so it wants us to think..
hmmm.....

yeah but i know what u mean

if intergraph develope the technology and sell it, they wouldnt get more than 100 mil

but by sueing...

Hey lets all sue intel for anything and get money for doing it. Intel was lucky till now but think of how many companies intel took from.
