I had a seemingly identical fan, the Thermaltake Chrome Orb on my AMD Athlon T-Bird 1 gHz.  It ran about 55 C (the case wasn't helping, though), so I got a new case and HSF, and now I run about 100 F.  Thermalright SK-6 Pro and 3dcool.com Tornado 3000
