Yeah, all hardware is getting crazy cheap.  Chances are those prices have all dropped at least a few dollars by now.

If any one knows where I can find the price for a Pentium 3 Norwood Tualatin 1.2g chip I would appreciate?  

I know some will think me crazy but I am biased against AMD for my own personal reasons and can not afford to upgrade to a Pentium 4 right now.  Plus as I use this machine mainly for gaming so that is more then enough raw power to run any game currently on the market.
