soyo SYK7V Dragon Plus & Alpha PAL 8045

does anybody know if the alpha cooler fits the soyo? i´m currently assembling a system for a friend and he would prefer this combination.so i got some pics of the soyo and now i´m not sure if the 8cm with heatsink will fit because some capacitors near the socket could interfere. if you got the combo running or have seen a link or thread anywhere related to this, please post. thanx
