I've used auto door moulding to trim a window.  Then used the double face tape from Sears, the kind with foam and sticks like Heck.  Velcro will work too.  That way the window can be square and not cut to the shape of the hole.

well i dunno if i'm gonna make alot of money but i'll be happy too break even i love modding cases and will be happy enuf too do so, all i need is my first customer (yes i know i need a website) but i wanna make my first one Kuzztum for some lucky member of Voided Warranties, so there has too be someone who wants one....right????
