Yeah, you are absolutely correct about the Netscape position. I remember when Netscape was king with close to 85 percent usage. Then AOL took over, all of Netscapes software geniuses left rather than work for a cheesy, low class, cut-throat group like AOL, and I can't prove it but there have been lots of rumors that Netscape's resigning Engineers left Netscape a 'souvinir'. The browser hasn't been worth a dam since.
