NEED HELP PLEASE WITH THIS Question

Hello everyone,
I need some help with this assignment!

How a network sends data -- Using Microsoft Word create an outline of how data is transferred from one PC to another.  This outline should explain the step-by-step process that occurs.  

The outline should be in your own words.  

In addition, diagrams should be used to facilitate the explanation.  The diagrams may come from any source (drawn in a paint program, scanned from a trade magazine, downloaded off the web), but may not include diagrams from our textbook or my lecture notes.
