Default CompactFlash!

One Gig of Flash memory, who woulda think, a year ago! Well, for a Type-I CompactFlash card, its the biggest out there. However, were already seeing 2.0 and 3.0 GB models on the market using the Type-II format. Today, we decided to look at Kingstons offering of the 1GB Type-I CF card.

Its interesting how times change, and in this time, technology changes with an even more wicked rhythm. Large is never large enough, and Fast eventually gets slow. What once was a vast amount of storage one day becomes simply adequate the next. The Kingston 1GB CompactFlash card is a super-solider in the constant struggle to obtain micro-storage dominance.
