Default PHP 4.3.0 Offical Release
After 4 pre(beta)-releases, the full version is finally out. Anytime they increase the second number, you know it's got to have tons of updates to it. The main ones include

-GD library is now bundled with the distribution
-speed improvements in a variety of string functions
-and TONS of other fixes, updates, new functions, etc
