Video card

I'm using an FXF GeForce4 Ti4200 128mb. My old card was a Radeon 7500 64 mb. Question :When I'm playing America's Army, 2 of the maps ( both winter battlegrounds ) the visibility sucks on the FXF card. If I didn't have the Radeon installed first I probably would have thought that was how it was supposed to look. It's like a blanket of fog rolled in. What gives?
