Default ok *nix guys

on FreeBSD 4.7 is there a command that will tell me which ports our being used if I specify the IP. What if I were to specify the port can I be clued in then. Im trying to see what ports are open so I can get my eggdrop accept my dcc chat.

nmap to scan for your specific open ports...


you should look at your eggdrop config to see which port it uses.

in : /etc/*eggdrop-whatever*

try getting a program called "sniffit", i think they got it on BSD's, it will show you all the current connection.
