When you register for a Hotmail account, it says that you must be an active member. That means you need to login to your account at least once a month to keep it.

On March 14th, I went to hotmail and it's said "Server down for the maintenance, please come back later"

Hey did it say something like please close all webpages, close then restart your web browser, and re-login to www.hotmail.com.  cuz if it did do that (thats what i did and it worked, after aweek of trying to figure the problem)

Hi Soccer_stud,

Your browser should be clearing the caches after you closed the browser..

Mines set the history up to 20 pages and temporary internet file up to 10 MB/Automatically.

Most of secured sites asks you to close the browser to prevent leech the cookies.
