Default Ripping voice of a song

Title says it all

What program do i use for it?

You might check into cool edit pro, i dont know for sure if it has this, but it is the most advanced audio program ive run across.

I'm not sure if there is software specifically for burning the voice track only, but you might be able to find software that can extract the center channel of a Dolby Digital (5.1) track.

yea, i don't think the technology is availible to extract only voice, just thinking of the concept is pretty mind boggling, but yea like vee_ess said, taking the center channel out (usualy voice i assume) is your best bet.
