linux is a whole different OS, it has a totally different directory structure, you are thinking in a Windoze frame of mind

once youve burnt the ISOs setup your BIOS to boot from the CDROM drive first, put in the first MDK CD and restart the comp

the CD should autoboot and you'll be in MDK setup, it has its own partition program which is fairly simple to use and work out, if you cant figure it out then your in for problems in general!

yeah, your right, i am stuck in windows state of mind, as i haven't played with linux and i have to start downloading again. probably around 140 hours. i was just offering what i know about multiple operating systems.
