Computer problems...

hmm was the blaster worm out around that time?
because blaster worm can restart your comp quite often

but this seems to be a problem of heat
what are your CPU and case/mobo temps?

I doubt it...This has happened before
a while back, but then stopped for while,
now it's doing it again...


How do I find out their temps?
They can't be too bad, theres three fans in there,
all properly working..


I just scanned for, and added a patch for the
blaster worm..Didn't find anything with the scan..

I had this same problem with computer restarting, i removed one of my side fans and my computer hasnt reset itself since. That little box in ur top corner of ur case is ur power supply, please dont do anything to that. Try disconnecting any fans u might have (disregard ur cpu and power supply fans), then plug them back in slowly like others have recommended. You should have 2 big of a heat problem, hell i got 10 fans in my case, i disconnected one, no big deal. Yeah so i recommend the fan option as the culprit.

Ok, I understand that, but
theres only 3 fans on the computer...
The one that is obvious to unplug,
I have already unplugged, but the computer still
restarts...
The only other fans are the power supply fan in the
box in the back of the computer, and then theres the one on the CPU...

ok what i recommend you do is download Motherboard Monitor, it will monitor the heat of your motherboard and also your cpu, when you think your computer is going to restart, check it for the temperature. anyone agree with that?
