usually a rheobus or a baybus have a molex plug
and it distributes power to the fans it is connected to

for cold cathode lights, they need inverters and usually invertors goes to a molex plug too
some rheobus such as the vantec nexus nxp-305 fan and light controller has 3 fan rheobuses and 1 light rheobus which i think is controlling molex for the fan

maybe you should go visit the computer stores and take a look at the physical designs of each rheobus/baybus and decide what is best for you

you will need 2 inverters btw for 4 lights
which comes with the lights
so you will need to have 2 switches for them
cold cathode light kits from sunbeam comes with a switch for every stick of light you buy, along with the inverter and mounting hardwares

you can just follow the guide and drill a hole and mount the switch onto your case
