Default Zone Alarm and AOL 9 Broadband DSL

A neightbor of mine is having problems logging into AOL 9 Broadband DSL when Zone Alarm Pro is running.

Is this possible? Currently, she shuts down ZA to use AOL, but I told her that's defeating the purpose.

She's running Win 98.

Any suggestions?

Step 1: Get rid of AOL
Step 2: Get a real ISP
Step 3: Watch everything work fine

word.. big time
sure aol is fun when you're "punting" (using progs to kick people off, dunno if they fixed that in the several years since i've used aol) people offline. Also it might be fun to get imed by 20 pop freak girls who say a/s/l and want a pic.. But then again, you can do most of these things, and more, faster on a diff ISP.
