Default Voice Activated Search Engine?
Has anyone else heard about this? Or is this just a rumor that has been floating around on the net?

what do you mean by this? there is already plenty of hardware and software to allow the blind to interact computers. All of their stuff is voice activated, so any search engine is, in that sense, voice activated.
