The matrix is still my fave movie for philosophy
Revolutions for graphics and technology (gotta love the APU's)
Monty python The Meaning of life for a blend of philosophy but mostly humor
Matrix Reloaded for Action (smith scene :P sweet)
Best Music Underworld
