try to find isopropyl alcohol that is about 99% pure
no less than 90%

clean the bottom of the heatsink with it
and the cpu die as well

then buy some arctic silver 5 and apply it using the directions on www.arcticsilver.com

these two steps should drop your temperature by quite a bit
