Actually, the Sybex book is much better than the official CISCO books for studying for the CCNA. I used both in the college class I was in last semester. 75 percent of the CISCO books cover stuff you learn for NET+. Stuff you are not tested on for the exam.

If you can afford it, get the Bosen test software and sim. My instructor who is a CCIE said the it's the best to prepare for the tests.
