how about only ppl who are the rank below silver techies (i think 100 posts) can have it?

and if they dont post in a while suspend there mail account

the .tk ones are forwards.. all mail is checked with outlook express (i aint going to 5 sites every hour to check mail)

netsmog.com would be a nice addition to my collection though...
