Most definately, conflict on how to find more efficent, and better ways of moddin everything possible that you can get your hands on.  As for fellow members, i feel that is not an issue.

No No not sayin' anything 'bout you at all SS.  Chef just seems really upset and probably won't be back 'round here.  I hate to see us lose people, I know I've stepped on a few toes but I've always been opinionated so it's not new to me.  I really think discussion helps the forum's no matter what it's about.  Just makes it a better rounded community (I refer to his comment 'bout it's not a technical site anymore just computer discussion, or something to that effect.)  Even our car discussion may eventually come back to computers, if not we have all learned a bit about each other and it adds depth to the board.  It's all about bein' around people we can talk to about geek stuff.  If we all agreed on everything there would be about half as many posts.  The great think is to discuss why one of us is wrong and the other is right.  Then we all walk away a little smarter.

very well put Savage that was the point i was trying to get across in my post on the OS system thing...i hope that chef reads your post above....these boards just wouldnt be the same without diferentiated oppionion, that is part of the reason why i posted this poll..sure it might seem a bit senseless, but it was mainly posted for situations like this one...so that we could discuss what is happening and solve it...opinoion probably takes up 80% of this site by the way..something that is very good for discussion and a good way to get the posts up! Hopefully chef will realize that vee_ess's post was nothing personal and just another post here on Netsmog...if not...i dont know really what to say?

Too much discussion here for this to be considered a useless poll, or thread.  Quite frankly, most threads are for fun, and thats why I like to hang out here.  Savage said it best, so I'll try not to duplicate.  You have to always assume disagreements in opinion are just that.  Nothing personal.  And for the record, anyone who takes me serious enough to get mad at me, takes my opinion too seriously.  Lighten up and have fun and learn stuff here.  If you all become "Yes men" here, I'm leaving.  Different opinions and points of view are necessary to good discussions.
