I doubt 400's going to do it.. hopefully you can get into windows.. but if you game i doubt 400 will be able to handle the load.. they say something like 500.. but those are for noob psu's.. for good ones you prob don't need as much..

Dear Customer,
Your 400 watt psu should suffice for the e-Geforce 6800 Ultra. But please keep in mind that it will vary with other factors such as the quality of the power supply unit and how many other harddrives and cd/dvd roms are also in the same computer. Once again in general, a 400 watt psu should suffice.

dude chill out your fine, as long as u dont have a lot of extra stuff your cool, the 6800 ultra takes up from anywhere to 80-120 watts.. u should be cool.. It doesn't NEED 480 watts, read this article
