What could I do to increase performance without buying anything?

OVERCLOCK IT.. ( jack the fsb up to 200 and hope it works..)

How do I set fsb in the bios? I set the cpu speed to be overclocked 10%. I also saw that it was idling at 48C, is that good or bad?

as long as it works, it doesn't really matter.. but that is pretty warm...

the % thing is good enough for you
