Treo resets when wireless mode is turned on

Help me! I upgraded my Treo's firmware, but it resets itself when I turn on wireless mode!

This seems to be a problem with phone skins. Do a hard reset on your Treo, then delete the phone.prc and phone_logo.prc from your HotSync backup before you restore it."

HI all,
I found the above in the FAQ on some site....my question is how to delete the phone.prc and phone_logo.prc from your HotSync backup before you restore it. What and where can I find the HotSync backup in order to delete these files. Or is there any other recommendation to resolve this reset?
And yes, I just did a Firmware upgrade...
