What do you mean you turned it down to 140? But, yeah, that seems a decent OC if you can keep it cool.

I turned it down to 214 sorry don't know what i was thinking when i typed that lol. I need better cooling if its gonna stay high...so the voltage looks good?

As long as it is running stable and not too hot, that's fine.

i have to say, my system is well, marginal now. but with a system such as the one your using, i wouldnt even worry about OCing because it can run the most demanding on the market no problem, id at least wait till your warranties expire. OCing is a nice challenge tho.
