Unlocking Treo 600 GSM

Ummm...help.

i bought a treo 600 orange in France, unlocked it, and am currently living in canada and using it on the Fido system. The audio suddenly stopped coming through on my phone calls--except via speaker phone--and Rogers canada won't fix it because it was an Orange phone. How do we get unlocked orange treo's repaired. there seems to be a bunch of dead ends when trying to contact anyone responsible for treo repair.
