Web Based DIY proxy

Now that I have a website with a good amount of upload and download bandwidth id like to do something...

set up my own private web based proxy....kind of like http://www.anonymizer.com/

I have looked up CGI proxies and the such and cannot find a tutorial of any kind...does anyone know what is involved and how I do it?

running apache?? theres a built in proxy server... if u want it to be secure/private then just read the doc's about limiting access to an ip range or DNS address...
