Whne you empty the recycle bin all the deleted files go into a deletion que and that deletion que can only hold so much before other emptied garbage overwrites it. My co-worker knew a way on how to retrieve these files with some program, but for the most part you better off googling it. If youve already started deleting a lot of programs after youve cleared the history your probably out of luck, but id still try to find a way to save history anyways....

What is it that you need to protect about your history?
