Is there a Nintendo Wii shortage? Just kidding... it looks like just about everyone is aware that it is almost impossible to purchase a Wii right now. Nintendo President Satoru Iwata admitted that the ongoing shortage of Nintendo's Wii game console is "abnormal," but believes the company will be able to fix the shortage soon.

"We will do our best to offer the machine for those who are waiting," Iwata said during a conference.
