Unplug computer, pull bios battery and let it sit for ten minutes, put battery back and move bios clear jumper to clear position for a good 20 seconds. Make darn sure you move jumper back to normal position and plug in computer.

Try to boot up. This may or may not work, you may have a fried motherboard if it does not work.

I would try to clear bios several times to make sure. But make sure you always unplug powwer cord before messing with battery or clearing with the jumper and put jumper back before plugging back in.
