i have the exact same keyboard... at least, i think so (it's the white one that's parted in the middle, between t and y, g and h, and b and n, with three green lights in the middle, right?) anyway, the only thing i can think of is you have a keylogger-type malware in your system. since it boots without the keyboard error, then, it must be something that loads when the OS loads. restart on safe mode and see if everything is working as it should (and i trust it should). otherwise, test your keyboard on another machine. that should help you narrow down the problem.
