Default Error 405 Method not allowed

I am trying to setup a mailform script on a Windows NT 4 server running the frontpage server extensions.  I have the file and the directory set to be able to run and excecute.  I also have tried to "check server extensions" and it checked them without any errors.

When i try to run the script i get this error:

HTTP Error 405
405 Method Not Allowed

The method specified in the Request Line is not allowed for the resource identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MIME type set up for the resource you are requesting.

Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists.

Got any ideas?
