Default Re: What was your first computer?

My first was a commador colt their first IBM XT running at a boot scootin' 7.5 MHz with two yes count em two 5 1/4 floppy drives, (no hard drive) DOS 3.2 a mouse, keyboard and a 14" RGB Monitor. All for the suttle price of $999.00.

I just got tired of using it as a door stop about 9 mo. ago and finally recycled it.

Ah the days of Lesiere Suit Larry - King of the lounge Lizards  :

Magnavox 386SX 20MHz, 2 MB RAM, 80 GB HDD and 1X Sony CD-ROM with caddy, 3.5" FDD, 14" VGA monitor.

Always had a hard time because no one else had a 3.5" floppy, and there were no good CD-ROMs available.  It did come with Microsoft Bookshelf 1992.
