Default Site with Proxies and Bypassers for AIM, MySpace, and Facebo
This site is definately a must for those trapped behind school/work firewalls that want to use AIM, MySpace, or Facebook. Also has a nice list of PHProxies and CGI proxies.

Just out of curiosity, why are you proxying, it's so slow, why don't you just bypass it altogether?
