I see two possible problems with KY:
-Residue after it evaporates.  I'm not sure what KY is based from (oil?  petrolium?  other?), but I think it would be likely to leave a residue, or not evaporate at all.

-Reaction with strip.  Again, I'm not sure what KY is based on, but I know that certain oils, or something, can have corrosive effects on some rubbers.  That's why the recommend not to use like, baby oil with condoms, or something like that.

Anyway, I haven't experimented with case windows and KY to prove either of my possible problems, and maybe someone here has, but I'm just bringing up my thoughts.

Ok XDiGiTaLX here's your chance to stand up and prove your theory. Install a case window with KY (leave out waht you do after your covered in KY  ;D) and let us know how things go.

Ur a bad boy. Ur making me look bad :'( U know my dremel lit on fire! And i have no dough for a window, unless u can donate a window. I know that KY LIQUID (Yes Liquid) is water based! and if it evaporates just wipe it off with water!

Ok I am back guys. That whole windows XP thing kicked my ass. I'm back to the trusty old 98 again. GUI was nice but none of my hardware worked. It just SUCKED!
