Very easy to fix. Type fps_max 99 in ur console and also try max_fps 99 because I'm not sure which one it is.

Also, on your moniters options select the fastes refresh rate your moniter cause use.

it's fps_max... and default the fps_max is 72, so it's a windows problem

make sure your hertz on your monitor is above 60
and k.

fps_max (whatever you want)

Actually if you want max frames, you'd want to put it to 101, no one is CS wants something under it, they feel it's not as good. Even though 60 FPS is the only visable frames per second of the human eye, above it is just numbers.

I agree, but a lot of people I talk to believe they can see the difference between 998 and 999 FPS...
