The download server seldom gets flooded and down but gets back on duty in a short while later.

These graphics are quite amazing, however, it seems like there are a few places where it's still a big angular for what they're going for... Maybe on or two more polygons wouln't hurt...

thanx for reminding those angulars

but we have to consider that the last shot was taken with no aa or af on but still got good quality
i was in a kinda rush taking the last shot so i forgot to raise aa or af.

Yes doomguy u can run that even with higher aa or af

on 1024 768 u wont have a problem with the gameplay but my guess is that u will get some laggy frames when trying to run the game at 1280 1024 or higher bcuz of missing 512 Mb ram and ur xp2000+

my guess is that to run the alpha lagless at those high res u should have 1Gb of ram and xp 2500+ Barton AT LEAST

Thanks man. Im the person that only looks forward to 1024x768 resolution and high quality and shadows with 2X AA and 2X AF. And I only need 40-50 fps, will it run like that?

After finally getting it, I can't get the damn thing to work. It just comes up with a flickering grey screen.

I was able to get into the console (even though I couldent see it). And load the first map (still gray screen).
