WTTF: 1gb Ram Kits!! Mobo/CPU combo for trade

i am looking for:

muskin level 1 pc3200 1gb kit
or
OCZ enhanced latency Dual Channel series 1gb kit
or
Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 1gb kit

will trade for:

P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard (when it returns from RMA)
and
Intel 2.4Ghz Northwood (in RMA process as well)

why did you RMA those two things anyway?

motherboard had a bad dual channel chip even after i got it "repaired".... sytem crashed shortly after i fixed a bunch of bent pins in my cpu after it came out stuck to my water-block, stripping the socket on the motherboard....
