cool

speaking of powerful laptops
did you know that the alienware laptop has a fan on its AC/DC adapter?

thats insane
lol

anyways
i wouldnt call these laptops
desktop replacement is more accurate since these can NOT be put on the lap or you will crush and scorch your legs

im still loving my IBM X31

strange how IBM sold their desktop and laptop department to that chinese company

Thinkpads are the kings of productivity
IMO, its the sexiest laptop
all black and the X31 is just damn sexy
titanium composite cover too

lasts about 4.5 hours with wifi and medium LCD brigtness and some word processing and surfing

WIFI and LCDs are the suxors that drain the hell out of the batteries

I get under an hour on my Alienware Area 51-m. And yes, there is a fan on my transformer. It only comes on when I'm running a game, no matter what the game is, it seems they all pull the same amount of power. I could play Doom 1 and it'd pull the same amount that RTCW will...
